Assigned to this departure
Not a category, not a class — this is the boat that will be waiting in Split on Saturday 6 June.
A comfortable, well-balanced monohull — easy under sail, generous below deck, and the boat this crew has sailed the Dalmatian route on before.
This is the yacht assigned to the 6–13 June departure.
In the rare event that the assigned yacht becomes unavailable, any replacement would require equivalent or better capacity and would be communicated before departure.
Four double cabins, three heads, saloon and cockpit. Indicative arrangement.

Your skipper
“I read the forecast every morning before anyone is awake. If the wind says Vis, we go to Vis — and if it doesn't, I already know where else is worth your day.”
Marko is the skipper assigned to this departure. Licences and certifications are verified by Malaka; the documents themselves stay private.
The week, day by day
Roughly 110 nautical miles over seven days — short hops in the middle islands, one longer crossing to Vis.
Boarding from 16:00. Marko runs the safety briefing, the crew shops for the first two days, and dinner is ashore in the old town before an easy night alongside.
Morning departure across the Split channel, lunch at anchor in the Pakleni islands, then into Hvar for the evening. First proper sail of the week.
The open crossing of the trip — usually the best wind of the week. Vis town in the late afternoon, quiet and unhurried compared with Hvar.
A short hop around the island. Optional early-morning boat trip to the Blue Cave on Biševo, weather permitting — booked and paid locally.
North again with the afternoon breeze, long swim stop on the way, and an evening on Brač — Milna or Bol depending on wind and berth availability.
The quiet one. A bay to yourselves for the afternoon, then a small harbour, a konoba dinner and the last night aboard.
Short morning sail back to base. Check-out by 09:00 on Saturday, with bags stored at the marina if your flight is later.

Sample policy · prototype
Up to 14 days after booking and no later than 90 days before departure, the deposit is refunded in full.
Between 90 and 30 days before departure, instalments already paid beyond the deposit are refunded; the deposit is retained.
Inside 30 days of departure the booking is non-refundable, though a berth may be transferred to another guest.
If the departure cannot run — a technical problem with the yacht, the skipper unable to sail, or conditions that make the trip unsafe — you are offered an alternative departure or a full refund.
Payments are held by Malaka and released to the skipper after the trip starts, so a cancelled departure is refunded by us and not chased by you.
Fit

Less suited to guests who need a private bathroom, step-free access, or a fixed daily schedule.

After you reserve
Your Holiday Hub opens the moment the deposit clears. Everything about 6–13 June lives there: the yacht, the route, the crew, the paperwork and the payments still to come.
Booking a berth: complete your own guest information and join the shared trip workspace with the rest of the crew.
Before you sail
You complete these securely inside your Holiday Hub after booking. Nothing sensitive is collected on this page.
Questions before booking can be sent straight to Marko — about the route, the boat, the crew already booked, or whether this week suits you. After booking, trip communication stays connected to your departure rather than scattered across email.
Sailing, not a timetable
Sailing routes can change because of wind, sea state, marina availability or safety. Your skipper may adjust stops while preserving the character of the trip — the islands, the swimming, the pace and the nights ashore stay the same.

“Booked one berth on my own. By the second evening in Hvar it stopped feeling like a group of strangers and started feeling like a crew.”
“Eight of us, four couples, no sailing experience between us. Marko read the forecast every morning and we never once felt out of our depth.”
“The Vis crossing was the best day. We changed the last two stops because of wind and honestly the replacements were better.”

Questions

The whole yacht is still available for 6–13 June at €6,400. Booking it releases all eight places to your own group and closes the departure to other guests.
Four guests — two couples and two solo travellers, mostly first-time sailors, speaking English, German and Croatian. Names and personal details are never shown publicly.

None at all. Marko sails the boat. If you want to helm, trim or learn to read the chart, he'll teach you — and if you'd rather read on the foredeck, that's equally fine.
Guest details, an emergency contact, and passport or ID information where the marina requires it. You complete these securely in your Holiday Hub after booking.
If you book the whole yacht, yes — invite up to seven guests from your Holiday Hub and each completes their own information. Berth bookings join the shared trip workspace instead.
You get a confirmation with the departure details, and the Holiday Hub for 6–13 June opens with the route, the yacht, your payment schedule and a message thread with Marko.
Under the sample policy shown above: free cancellation up to 14 days after booking and no later than 90 days before departure; partial refund between 90 and 30 days; non-refundable inside 30 days, though a berth may be transferred.
You are offered an alternative departure or a full refund. Because Malaka holds the payment until the trip starts, the refund comes from us.
